About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Professional to join our team at IBM Computing. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role or technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of databases, web deployment, and network administration.
