About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Professional to join our team at IBM Computing. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role or technical support environment.
- Knowledge of databases, web deployment, and network administration.
