Job Title: Technical Support Professional Co-op

Join IBM Computing as a Technical Support Professional Co-op and be part of a team that transforms customer challenges into solutions. As a Technical Support Professional, you will gain experience in a customer-facing capacity, developing exceptional customer relationship management skills and a solid technical grasp of the products you will support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues and providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM software products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, updates, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in English, with fluency in multiple languages considered advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with databases, web deployment, CGI applications, and servlets.
  • Knowledge of IBM, AWS, Azure, and orchestration software.
  • Network administration experience.
