Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Professional, you will gain experience in a customer-facing capacity, developing exceptional customer relationship management skills and a solid technical grasp of the products you will support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues and providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM software products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, updates, and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in multiple languages considered advantageous.
- Experience with databases, web deployment, CGI applications, and servlets.
- Knowledge of IBM, AWS, Azure, and orchestration software.
- Network administration experience.
