Job Description: Package Delivery Specialist

As a Package Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our valued customers. This physically demanding position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up packages promptly and accurately, adhering to established routes and schedules.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading packages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Accurately record package information and maintain detailed delivery logs.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently.
  • Excellent navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and follow directions.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
