About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at D2D Driver Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Manage Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of delivery routes and ensure that drivers are allocated to the most efficient routes.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of our delivery drivers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and Develop Drivers: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our drivers are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Make recommendations to management regarding personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license, own vehicle
