Job Title: Privacy Impact Assessment Specialist

Foilon is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Impact Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital health team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects and initiatives comply with Ontario's privacy regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that privacy considerations are integrated into project planning and execution
  • Provide expert advice on privacy and security matters to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in privacy regulations and policies, and ensure that our team is aware of and compliant with these changes
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Ontario's privacy regulations and policies
  • Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and developing mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
