We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As an Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act as a traffic controller, directing incoming guests to available parking spaces and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
- Perform daily patrols to ensure the parking facility is clean and safe, issuing violation warnings to tenants and visitors as necessary.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, as well as general maintenance tasks as directed by the Manager or Operations.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, relaying information to the Manager as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, including email, data entry, and monthly parking account management.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Manager or Shift Lead.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all.
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
