Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Carzone Motors Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
