We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Merci Clothing Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Assist in the selection, procurement, and display of merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment and meet sales targets.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in the management of store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring sales and expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Maintain attention to detail in a busy store environment.
- Standing and walking: Stand for extended periods and walk between store areas.
