Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at HR Immigration Inc. as a Bookkeeping Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, payroll preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
