About the Role

OpusVi is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Partnership Marketing and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to engage our key partners, enhance their experience, and drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Trusted Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries.
  • Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Design and implement marketing plans to drive partner engagement and success, aligning partner goals and strategies to create joint marketing initiatives that achieve pipeline targets.
  • Create Co-Branded Marketing Materials: Develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that align with partner goals and company objectives, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop Partner-Facing Content: Create and distribute partner-facing content, such as newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives, coordinating with partners to gather feedback and insights to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and Report Effectiveness: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, using data and analytics to measure impact and ROI, providing regular updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.
