Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Strengthening Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and partners, to advance the University's strategic objectives.
  • Alumni Engagement: Design and implement effective alumni engagement strategies to foster a sense of community and encourage participation in University initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, organize, and execute high-profile events that showcase the University's expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential donors and develop tailored fundraising strategies to support the University's goals.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, relationships, and giving history.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports on donor engagement, fundraising progress, and event outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and partners.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with fundraising databases and data analysis tools.
