We are seeking a skilled Trade Solutions Analyst to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a Trade Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of securities and trade transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support and deliver operational processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of securities and trade transactions.
  2. Provide guidance and execution in the support and booking of new strategies, and daily capture of transactional information to support downstream analytics and financial accounting processes.
  3. Support the maintenance of appropriate governance and controls over the trade capture process.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders to execute work and fulfill service delivery expectations.
  5. Communicate with internal business partners and external customers to respond to standard and non-standard inquiries.
  6. Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports.
  7. Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/requests, and/or audit/reconciliation activities.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in trade operations or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of equity products and trade life cycle.
  3. Some middle office experience or back-office exposure - systems worked with makes it easier to train.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Former banking / FI experience (settlement or middle-office roles).
  2. SQL experience - programming knowledge is a plus.
  3. Additional middle office systems experience.
  4. ADP or BPS (Broadridge), FINESTRA.
