Job Title: Mobile Trading QA Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Trading QA Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing mobile applications, particularly in the trading domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans for mobile trading applications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation to support testing efforts.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testing and development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on testing experience with mobile applications, particularly in the trading domain.
  • 4+ years of experience with digital trading platform testing, including quotes, equity, options, and other related areas.
  • Strong understanding of trading applications, including order management and trading systems.
  • 2-3 years of automation testing experience, with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with order management and trading applications in the equity brokerage industry.
  • Native accessibility testing experience using JAWS Screen Reader and Screen Magnifying tools.
  • Recent relevant banking industry experience, with a focus on trading and financial applications.
Education:
  • Associate degree in a technical field, such as computer science or computer engineering.
  • ISTQB certification is an asset.
