Position Overview

The Housing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to foster an Experience of a Lifetime for employee residents. This role involves creating a safe, inclusive, vibrant, and affordable housing atmosphere that adheres to all regulatory standards. The individual will be responsible for cultivating a welcoming culture, serving as a resource for residents throughout their stay, and ensuring all necessary legal documentation is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a housing concierge for residents, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee the completion of resident license agreements, legal documents, and related move-in/move-out paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the housing team to ensure all information is accurate and complete within the housing management system.
  • Assist with daily operations, including data entry, file management, and mail distribution.
  • Communicate effectively with cleaning and maintenance teams.
  • Facilitate communication with residents, management, and external partners.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents.
  • Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives within Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Implement standardized best practices in support of the overall Housing strategy.
  • Promote a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that contributes to an exceptional employee experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service-related role.
  • Exceptional guest service and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with housing management software, such as StarRez, is preferred.
  • Background in data management.
  • Experience in software system maintenance and training is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to lift 11-25 lbs.
