Director of Strategic Growth Opportunity

Horizon Legacy Energy Corp. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Marketing & Business Development Department as Director of Strategic Growth. This role requires a business-minded individual with a background in construction and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market strategies and tactics to drive sales growth
  • Lead the Sales Division and provide training and support to sales team members
  • Negotiate and manage construction and service contracts
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading a sales team in construction
  • Strong working relationships with developers, general contractors, and architectural/landscaping firms
  • A business mindset and project management experience
  • Degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology desirable
  • Strong knowledge of construction management budgeting and design-build process
