Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at PANAGO PIZZA. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of our team members and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Liquor Legislation and Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and that our team members are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Catering and Events: Negotiate with clients to provide catering services and use of our facilities for events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
