Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide valuable advice to customers on our products and services.

Training and Work Details
- Must be available to attend training for a total of 11 weeks.
- Work schedules can be anytime within our hours of operation.
- Regular, ongoing work schedules will be finalized with new employees approximately 4 weeks before the end of training.
