Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide valuable advice to customers on our products and services.
  • Take inbound calls from customers to provide useful information and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer banking needs and provide customized solutions using accessible resources.
  • Respond to customer complaints and walk them through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and experience in customer-focused roles.
  • Self-directed and performance-oriented approach to resolve customer enquiries.
  • Ability to multitask between internal platforms and deal directly with customers.
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent.

Training and Work Details

  • Must be available to attend training for a total of 11 weeks.
  • Work schedules can be anytime within our hours of operation.
