Our goal is straightforward: to eliminate Cyber Risk. We are seeking a Concierge Security Engineer 2 to play a vital role in achieving this objective.

Role Overview:

The Concierge Security Engineer 2 (CSE2) is an essential member of the Concierge Security Team, responsible for providing top-tier Arctic Wolf security solutions. The CSE2 nurtures the technical relationship with assigned clients and utilizes their expertise to fulfill critical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with clients;
  • Facilitate the direct implementation of Arctic Wolf's network and endpoint security solutions, which includes investigating security incidents, configuring, troubleshooting, and validating data sources;
  • Address or escalate client inquiries for guidance, information, or support promptly, coordinating with other teams as necessary;
  • Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders.

The CSE2 position encompasses elements of an IT Security Analyst, Security Architect, and Incident Response Consultant. A successful candidate will possess robust technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate and educate non-technical individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in a security role with a solid understanding of security architecture;
  • Relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent certifications and experience;
  • Strong skills in building professional relationships;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with security testing and forensic tools;
  • Experience in malware analysis;
  • Proficiency in scripting or coding;
  • Knowledge of incident response procedures;
  • Understanding of authentication and identity management;
  • Experience with risk management, assessment, and compliance frameworks;
  • Skills in penetration testing and attack simulation.
