Role Overview:

The Concierge Security Engineer 2 (CSE2) plays a vital role within the Concierge Security Team, providing top-tier Arctic Wolf security services. This position is centered around managing the technical relationship with assigned clients, utilizing your expertise to fulfill essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
  • Facilitate the direct implementation of Arctic Wolf's network and endpoint security solutions, which includes investigating security incidents and configuring, troubleshooting, and validating data sources.
  • Respond to or escalate client inquiries for guidance, information, or support promptly, coordinating with other teams as necessary.
  • Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

The CSE2 role merges elements of an IT Security Analyst, Security Architect, and Incident Response Consultant. A successful candidate will possess a robust technical background and the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security role with a solid understanding of security architecture.
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with security testing and forensic tools.
  • Experience in malware analysis.
  • Proficiency in scripting or coding.
  • Knowledge of incident response protocols.
  • Understanding of authentication and identity management.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Skills in penetration testing and attack simulation.
