In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
About the Role:- Provide individual therapy and support to clients struggling with a range of mental health and addiction issues.
- Lead engaging psycho-educational and experiential groups, fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.
- Meticulously document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Registered Health Professional with demonstrable experience in trauma-informed care and addiction counseling.
- Comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness techniques and third wave therapies.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
