Senior Manager

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in performance improvement, operations excellence, and reconciliation management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Performance Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve reconciliation performance, identify areas for automation, and optimize data inputs.
- Manage Operations Excellence: Oversee the implementation of new technologies, establish governance and best practices, and ensure efficient operations.
- Reconciliation Management: Analyze and implement opportunities for automation, develop QC control functions, and review current cash reconciliation processes.
- Business Intelligence: Document existing KPI/KRI metrics, determine future state, and partner with stakeholders to produce useful business intelligence.
- Risk Management: Ensure all processes and rules are documented in accordance with established policies and procedures, and create an environment that pursues effective and efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage assigned projects and initiatives, and create an environment that supports a wide variety of internal stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.
- Education: University degree in Finance, Business, or related studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Capital Markets and/or Project Management role.
- Skills: Excellent understanding of capital markets, operational processes, market practices, and regulatory requirements; prior experience in a Change-oriented role within Operations of Technology; excellent oral and written communication and conflict-management skills.
