About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 2342657 ALBERTA INC. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
