Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service establishment.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns to maintain a positive reputation for our establishment.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a food service establishment.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role is preferred.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and a commitment to quality are essential for this role.
