Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service establishment.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage our food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a food service establishment.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role is preferred.
