FRANCESCO FOOD & COFFEE is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
