Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless front desk operations.
  • Supervise Front Desk Staff: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on front desk operations, including guest feedback and staff performance.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with special needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate and Review Work: Oversee the coordination and review of front desk work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage front desk supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, initiative, judgement, and organized.
