Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless front desk operations.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate a strong understanding of front desk duties and perform tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on front desk performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing special requests and needs of guests.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign and Review Work: Effectively manage the workload of front desk staff, assigning tasks and reviewing performance to ensure high standards.
  • Hire and Train Staff in Job Duties, Safety Procedures and Company Policies: Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage front desk supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Initiative, Judgement, Organized
