About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Cost Consultant, Cost Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our construction company and financial institutions, providing expert advice on cost management and financial planning.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on project costs, progress, and budget.
  • Forecast costs and identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with our construction, contractor, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years in project monitoring with strong knowledge of construction estimating and RICS guidelines.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Sharepoint, MS Office, and relationship building.
  • Communication: Transparent communication style and results-oriented focus.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
