Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, including analysis of official published data.
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
  • Oversee the efficient and timely completion of commissions, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with the conditions of appointment.
  • Lead staff management, including input into performance review processes and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Years of post-graduate experience in loan monitoring/lender services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
