We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Northumberland Hills Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU/ER setting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BScN degree or equivalent
- Experience in critical care or emergency nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
