Service Delivery Manager - Network Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of our Network Solutions. As the primary point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  2. Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs), working closely with technical teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks to service delivery, ensuring network security and uptime.
  4. Manage the budget related to service delivery operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, with a focus on Network or Cloud-based solutions.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
