Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute technical projects from initiation to delivery
  • Lead a team of technical professionals to ensure timely and quality delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in an MSP environment
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows server support
  • Experience with firewall technologies, Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, and wireless technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage client relationships and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
