We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional technical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute technical projects from initiation to delivery
- Lead a team of technical professionals to ensure timely and quality delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in an MSP environment
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows server support
- Experience with firewall technologies, Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, and wireless technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage client relationships and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
