About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at AllFix Service Group. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems, and authorizing the development of specifications for products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Project Authorization: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet client requirements.
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Post-Sales Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and proactive approach to work.
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, working in English.
