Job Title: Solutions Architect - Middleware Integration Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect - Middleware Integration Expert to join our team at Bevertec CST Inc. as a key member of our technology team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing integration technologies, cloud services, and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a technology roadmap and bring in business ideas to the public in the form of web applications and APIs for an enterprise-sized company surrounding integration technologies that include DataPower, IBM MQ, IBM ACE, IBM APIC, SOA Suite, IBM APIM, and EDI Integrations. Consideration should also be given to Kafka/Confluent and other event processing technologies.
  2. Work with business to conduct discovery and IT reviews.
  3. Design and implement scalable and robust systems using various architectural patterns, including Layered (N-Tier), Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Client-Server Architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  4. Align technology solutions with business goals and strategies, and manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Expertise in IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, IBM ACE, IBM APIC, SOA Suite, IBM APIM, and EDI Integrations, Kafka/Confluent.
  2. Proficiency in primarily AWS, with knowledge in Azure, Google Cloud, and their integration capabilities.
  3. Knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, XSLT, and Linux/Unix shell scripts.
  4. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with designing scalable and robust systems using various architectural patterns.
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Ability to model complex systems and design coherent architectures.
  4. Strategic thinking and project management skills.
