Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient IT Architect to enhance our agile team.

In the role of IT Architect, you will engage in pre-sales initiatives, documentation, and implementation processes. You will be expected to rapidly learn and assimilate new IAM solutions while working closely with the sales team in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include identifying, estimating, and executing tasks, as well as proactively addressing risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate pre-sales sessions with clients alongside the Sales team.
  • Contribute to the Sales team with deliverables such as high-level solutions, service scopes, and effort estimations.
  • Continuously learn and master new IAM solutions.
  • Engage in the design and implementation of large-scale Enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Document requirements and design specifications.
  • Support RFP/RFI submissions.
Required Qualifications
  • All candidates will receive training in both technical and consulting skills. Basic qualifications include:
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Security design architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Development experience.
  • Background in Solution Integration.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Architect.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • General IT knowledge (Operating Systems, Networking, Security).
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Desirable Skills
  • In-depth understanding of IT security principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
  • Solid grasp and practical experience with agile software development and continuous integration methodologies.
