Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Architect to enhance our dynamic team.

In this role, you will engage with an agile team focused on pre-sales initiatives, documentation, and system implementations. Your responsibilities will include acquiring knowledge of innovative IAM solutions and collaborating with the sales team in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to identify, estimate, and complete tasks while proactively addressing risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate pre-sales sessions with clients alongside the Sales team
  • Contribute to the Sales team with deliverables such as high-level solutions, service scopes, and effort estimations
  • Continuously learn and master new IAM solutions
  • Engage in the design and implementation of large-scale Enterprise IAM solutions
  • Document requirements and design specifications
  • Support RFP/RFI responses
Required Qualifications
  • All candidates will receive training in both technical and consulting skills; essential qualifications include:
  • Experience in any of the following domains:
  • Security design architecture
Preferred Qualifications
  • Development experience
  • Background in Solution Integration
  • Over 5 years of experience as an IT Architect
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • General IT knowledge (Operating Systems, Networking, Security)
  • Effective self-management skills
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Desirable Skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT security principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with agile software development and continuous integration processes
