Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at MAJOR PEST CONTROL. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop team members in their duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish effective communication channels, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
