Job Summary

As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining applications and servers. You will apply your extensive knowledge and skills to perform complex assignments, ensuring consistency across teams and environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance development and test environments from an infrastructure and application perspective
  • Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and technical issues by reviewing logs and debugging in non-production
  • Deploy updates and promote software packages to non-prod environments
  • Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance, and release activities across environments
  • Collaborate with delivery and production support teams to ensure consistency between non-production and production environments
  • Manage data feeds and ensure batch jobs run within expected timings, fine-tuning scheduling as needed
  • Produce, update, and review Run Books and Implementation Plans
  • Provide expertise around InfoSec/IT Security best practices and change management policies
  • Work to address security vulnerabilities and maintain proper server hygiene
  • Write scripts to improve efficiency and automation
Requirements
  • 5+ years IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, PowerShell
  • Experience diagnosing and debugging performance and security issues
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and dev ops best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development and support teams
  • Demonstrated independent leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
