Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at 12197596 Canada Inc. as a key member of our transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Safely operate and maintain straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Logistics and Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment and GPS to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods, ensuring safe and secure transportation, and oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing professional and courteous service.
- Administrative Tasks: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Licenses and Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
This is an on-the-road job with a permanent employment contract, requiring 35 to 44 hours of work per week. The working language is English.
