Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Oi Cafe & Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals and customer preferences.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation in the community.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
