The Resource Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager and will be instrumental in managing workforce logistics. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Efficiently manage technician schedules.
- Support onboarding processes for new personnel.
- Deliver accurate administrative and clerical assistance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain organized document files with care.
- Assist with various office responsibilities as needed.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong skills in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and address challenges effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in administrative or dispatch roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and dispatch operations is an advantage.
