Artech LLC is currently seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support employee onboarding, workforce administration, and data governance in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Act as primary point of contact for new joiners, coordinating with teams to issue offer letters and entering required data into HR systems.
  • Workforce Administration:
    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to onboard new employees and validate employee data, administering employee data attributes in HR systems to ensure alignment and reconciliation.
    • Support operational tasks for leavers, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Employee Inquiries:
    • Provide expert guidance on HR policy questions, partnering with the Benefits team to handle life events and leaves of absence.
    • Serve as subject matter expert for Employee Handbook, providing valuable insights to employees.
  • Data Governance:
    • Ensure strict adherence to Data Governance Principles, supporting internal and external data auditing to maintain transparency and compliance.
