Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Diabsolut is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As a key player in handling day-to-day HR queries, you will ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions and deliver maximum value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
  • Resolve any HR-related issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management and talent acquisition
  • Maintain employee files and records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements and Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources
  • Must be fluent in English and French, written and spoken
  • Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment and/or labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and a desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
