Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales and Profit Margins: Analyze individual customer needs and develop sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins.
  • Prospecting and Onboarding: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, and onboard new customers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services, and providing education on convenience and foodservice promotions, programs, and marketing policies.
  • Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies tailored to individual customers, and maintain awareness of pricing trends within the sales territory.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review weekly and monthly reports with store managers, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of closing sales and growing sales and profit margins.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct professional and results-driven customer presentations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and situations, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Applications, and ability to learn computer programs and systems.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED, and a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
