Personal Financial Services Manager

About the Role:

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in personal banking and business banking products and services, providing sound advice and guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers and sales opportunities.
  • Provide total financial reviews and make recommendations based on customers' personal circumstances.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved in an accurate and efficient manner, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting space in the branch, adhering to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the frontline with transactions, as necessary.
  • May act as a point of escalation and support for the frontline and advice staff, ensuring customer problems are handled appropriately.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in personal banking and business banking.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
