Homes contribute substantially to carbon emissions, and transitioning to electric heat pumps can greatly mitigate this impact. However, the current adoption rate is hindered by high costs and complexities in retrofitting.

Position Overview:
We are in search of highly motivated and passionate licensed electricians eager to contribute to an innovative company focused on combating climate change by revolutionizing the residential HVAC sector.

As part of our inaugural installation team, you will leverage your extensive residential installation experience to help us refine processes and protocols that will be implemented nationwide.


Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electric heat pump systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Diagnose electrical issues and execute necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Test electrical systems for optimal functionality and efficiency.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar capacity.
- FSR designation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with power and hand tools used in electrical tasks.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical endurance to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license required.


Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
