Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing prime contracts, executing compliance documents, and maintaining subcontract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process subcontract payment certificates within View Point (ERP System)
  • Execute prime contract and compliance documents (WSIB, insurance, bonds)
  • Maintain subcontract compliance requirements during the life of the project
  • Support project teams by facilitating inquiries and assisting with processing issues
  • Project reconciliations as required
Requirements
  • Experience with View Point or comparable ERP is considered an asset
  • SAP experience an asset
  • Experience within the construction industry is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
