CWB Financial Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client experiences at every interaction, providing full-service solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Sales Activation & Business Growth: Develop and implement independent marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets, undertaking sales activities to drive revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Credit Risk Management: Collaborate with the commercial credit team to assess and mitigate risk, ensuring that our clients' financial needs are met while maintaining our risk appetite.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as a solid understanding of business modeling and computer expertise, is highly beneficial.
