Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Global Studios Inc. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service and support to users
  • Manage incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
  • Own transportation or access to public transportation
